बेंगलुरु, 2 जून 2026 (IT Samachar डेस्क): Google for Startups और Antler India का संयुक्त Google for Startups Immersion program आज अपनी पहली online session के साथ live हुआ — जिसमें 5,000 तक Indian AI founders को Phase 1 access मिला। यह equity-free, application-only program सीधे उन founders के लिए बना है जिनके पास already live product और measurable traction है — यानी idea-stage startups बाहर हैं।
यह launch भारत के तेज़ी से बढ़ते AI startup ecosystem में Google का अब तक का सबसे टार्गेटेड bet है। India में अब 4,500+ active AI startups हैं और देश US-China के बाद world का तीसरा सबसे बड़ा AI startup ecosystem बन चुका है। Q1 2026 में Indian AI startups ने $1.48 अरब funding जुटाई — total startup funding का 38%।
Program structure: दो phase, hybrid model
Program का format दो phases में बँटा है। Phase 1 — Online Immersion 4 virtual sessions (2, 4, 9 और 11 जून 2026) में होगी, जिसमें technical track AI Studio, Antigravity और Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform जैसे Google tools पर practical implementation सिखाएगा। Phase 2 — Offline Immersion 26 जून 2026 को Google के Bengaluru office में होगी, जहाँ shortlisted 25 startups के लिए invite-only residency program रखी गई है।
Phase 2 में तीन structured activities हैं — Live Architecture Whiteboarding (specific stack challenges Google engineers के साथ), 1:1 Business Strategy (Antler India की investment team के साथ fundraising और GTM sessions), और Founder Network (India के top AI-native founders के साथ off-the-record conversations)। applications May 22, 2026 को बंद हुई थीं।

Indian AI ecosystem में Google की बढ़ती bets
Google for Startups Immersion isolated initiative नहीं है। पिछले 6 महीनों में Google ने India में कई AI-focused programs launch किए हैं — Google for Startups Accelerator: AI First (India), AI Studio India expansion, और Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform का local rollout। YourStory के अनुसार, यह “Google का India AI startup ecosystem में सबसे focused investment phase है — पिछले accelerator cycles से अलग, इस बार implementation और tooling पर ज़ोर है।”
India का AI funding momentum इस bet को support करता है। Neysa ने Blackstone से $1.2 अरब financing जुटाया — जो India AI infrastructure bets का सबसे बड़ा single round है। Kore.ai ने $620.9 million total funding पार किया है, जो pure-AI Indian startups में highest है। IndiaAI Mission ने ₹10,000 करोड़ का outlay और 4,096 H100 GPUs allocate किए हैं sovereign AI development के लिए।
Founders के लिए practical impact
Program का selective design मायने रखता है। YC, Tracxn जैसे list-based programs से अलग, Google for Startups Immersion ने explicit traction threshold रखा है — यानी सिर्फ़ live MVP और measurable user metrics वाले startups participate कर सकते थे। यह signal देता है कि Google चाहता है future Gemini API customers और Antler portfolio companies दोनों एक pipeline में जोड़े जाएँ।
