STTP 2026: ML और Deep Learning की Hands-on Training

भारत में AI और Machine Learning skills की demand तेज़ी से बढ़ रही है, और इसी क्रम में देश-भर के कई institutions ने Short Term Training Programmes (STTP) और Faculty Development Programmes (FDP) launch किए हैं। हाल ही में Galgotias University के Department of AI/ML ने एक 30-hour hands-on STTP सफलतापूर्वक conduct किया, जिसमें Machine Learning (ML), Deep Learning (DL) और Generative AI (GenAI) पर comprehensive training दी गई। इन कार्यक्रमों से academic faculty, research scholars और industry professionals को सीधा फ़ायदा पहुँच रहा है।

Galgotias University STTP — क्या-क्या cover हुआ?

Galgotias University द्वारा आयोजित इस structured 30-hour programme में participants ने modern AI techniques और उनके practical applications पर deep-dive किया। मुख्य topics में शामिल थे:

• Supervised और Unsupervised Learning के core algorithms
• Neural Networks का architecture और training
• Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs) — image data के लिए
• Image processing techniques
• Model evaluation और performance metrics
• Generative AI के use-cases (LLMs, image generation, etc.)

College of Engineering Trivandrum — FDP on HPC for ML/DL

Faculty members के लिए एक और बड़ा अवसर — College of Engineering Trivandrum (CET) ने 24 से 26 फ़रवरी 2026 के बीच High-Performance Computing for Machine Learning & Deep Learning पर एक exclusive FDP scheduled किया है। यह programme सिर्फ़ 30 seats तक limited है और कोई registration fee नहीं है। Participants को HPC infrastructure को ML/DL projects में leverage करने की practical training मिलेगी।

Industry Demand के साथ कैसे मेल खाते हैं ये programmes?

जैसे-जैसे ML/DL skills की demand IT industry में बढ़ रही है, structured training programmes ज़रूरी होते जा रहे हैं। ये short-term programmes professionals को upskilling का lean route देते हैं — एक degree करने के बजाय कुछ हफ़्तों में ही relevant skills hands-on तरीके से सीखी जा सकती हैं। IIT Delhi, IIT Roorkee, IIT Madras जैसे top institutes भी 2026 में कई AI/ML certification programs offer कर रहे हैं।

Faculty और Students के लिए क्यों ज़रूरी?

कई colleges में अभी भी curriculum updated नहीं है। ऐसे में faculty को ख़ुद ML/DL/GenAI की latest techniques सीखकर ही students को effectively पढ़ाना संभव है। STTP और FDP जैसे programmes यह gap भरते हैं और देश-भर के engineering colleges में AI/ML शिक्षा की quality सुधारते हैं।
