शिक्षा का चेहरा तेज़ी से बदल रहा है, और इसकी सबसे बड़ी वजह है AI in Education। Microsoft की August 2025 की AI in Education Report के अनुसार 2024-25 के school year में 85% teachers और 86% students ने AI tools का किसी न किसी रूप में इस्तेमाल किया है। यह उछाल पिछले साल की तुलना में students में 26% और educators में 21% ज़्यादा है।
Teachers को कितना फ़ायदा?
Gallup-Walton Family Foundation के survey में सामने आया है कि weekly AI use करने वाले teachers हर हफ़्ते लगभग 5.9 घंटे बचाते हैं — यानी पूरे school year में करीब 6 हफ़्ते की बचत। यह समय अब lesson planning, grading और parent communication जैसे administrative tasks में लगता था, जो teacher burnout का बड़ा कारण बनता था। EdWeek के 2025 survey में 69% teachers ने माना है कि AI से उनकी teaching methods बेहतर हुई हैं।
Market कितना बड़ा है?
Precedence Research के अनुमान के अनुसार global AI in education market 2025 में करीब $7.05 billion था और 2035 तक $136.79 billion तक पहुँचने का अनुमान है — यानी लगभग 35% CAGR। Asia-Pacific region 48% CAGR के साथ सबसे तेज़ी से बढ़ रहा है, और इसमें India एक key contributor है।
Learning Outcomes पर असर
February 2026 की Coursera रिपोर्ट के अनुसार दुनियाभर में 80% students मानते हैं कि AI ने उनकी पढ़ाई को बेहतर बनाया है। AI-enhanced active learning programs में students ने traditional methods की तुलना में 54% higher test scores और 70% बेहतर course completion rates दिखाए हैं। Scientific Reports में June 2025 में published एक randomized controlled trial में AI tutor इस्तेमाल करने वाले students ने 49 minutes में वही material पूरा किया जिसे in-class learners को 60 minutes लगे — यानी कम time में बेहतर output।
भारत के लिए आगे का रास्ता
हालाँकि opportunities बहुत बड़ी हैं, OECD की Digital Education Outlook 2026 रिपोर्ट चेताती है कि AI के साथ task करना अपने आप learning नहीं है। OECD के अनुसार “learning to work with AI, and to know when not to, is now a foundational skill” — यानी AI के साथ काम करना सीखना और यह जानना कि कब उसका इस्तेमाल नहीं करना है, अब reading और maths जितनी ही ज़रूरी foundational skill बन गई है। केवल 20% universities के पास अभी formal AI policy है, और यह governance gap भारत में भी जल्दी भरना ज़रूरी होगा।
